Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of transport and logistics services offered by Globalink Logistik. By using our services, you unreservedly accept these conditions.

2. Services Offered

Globalink Logistik offers three types of international shipping services:

• Express Delivery : 48 to 72 hours with absolute priority
• Standard Delivery : 4 to 7 days with excellent value for money
• Economy Delivery : 8 to 15 days at the most affordable rate

3. Pricing

Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination and chosen service. An accurate quote can be obtained via our online calculator or by contacting our customer service.

Prices displayed are in euros and include applicable VAT. Additional fees may apply for optional services (insurance, signature on delivery, priority processing).

4. Liability and Insurance

Globalink Logistik is committed to transporting your parcels with the utmost care. Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable international transport conventions.

All-risk insurance is included with the Express service. For other services, optional insurance can be purchased at the time of shipment.

In case of loss, damage or delay, any claim must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

5. Prohibited Items

It is strictly prohibited to ship the following items:

• Hazardous, explosive or flammable materials
• Weapons and ammunition
• Illegal or counterfeit products
• Perishable goods without appropriate packaging
• Cash, high-value jewellery (unless agreed in advance)
• Toxic or radioactive substances

The sender is responsible for the contents of their parcel and must ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

6. Customs and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply according to the legislation of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

The sender must provide all documents necessary for customs clearance. Globalink Logistik cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs issues.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, customs formalities or other circumstances beyond our control.

If the recipient is absent, a delivery notice will be left with instructions to collect the parcel. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender at their expense.

8. Claims

Any claim regarding a damaged, lost or delayed parcel must be submitted in writing to our customer service within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

The claim must include the tracking number, a detailed description of the problem and, where applicable, photographs of the damage.

9. Data Protection

Globalink Logistik is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR. The information collected is used solely for the processing and tracking of your shipments.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@globalogistik.com.

10. Amendment of Terms

Globalink Logistik reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
